What is your pricing?

Every single session is different and often comes with its own unique set of needs. Because of this, every one of our portrait sessions are priced individually. Once we know more about your needs for your session and the type of session you are looking for we can send you a more specific outline of your investment. Please contact us.

HOW MANY PHOTOS are in a melissa and lynne gallery? 

It really just depends on the session. Galleries typically include anywhere between 50-100 photos for you to pick your favorites from for retouching. The exact amount varies from session to session as the amount of outfits, participants (I.e. your partner), etc. play a huge role in how many images end up in your full gallery.

When/how soon SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY SESSION?

It's never too early to schedule your session, but we suggest at the very least 2-3 months in advance. However, we can sometimes accommodate last minute requests.

How long will my session be?

This depends on the amount of outfits/studio setups we are doing as well as if other family members will be included in the session. Our typical time-frame though is 4-5 hours with approximately 2 hours in hair and makeup and 2-3 hours of shooting time.

On which days of the week can I have my photoshoot?

We strongly believe in quality over quantity and only accept a limited number of sessions per year in order to protect our creativity and ensure that each and every one of our clients receive the caliber of service that they deserve. That said, photoshoots are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Sessions always begin at 10:30am to allow for ample hair and makeup time and the best natural light our studio has to offer. If you would like another day during the week or a weekend date there will be an additional fee of $250.

Where is Your Studio located?

We have two gorgeous studios located in Atlanta, Ga and Ft. Lauderdale, FL. 

Our Atlanta studio is located in the heart of Buckhead Atlanta within the coveted Buckhead Village. Our Ft. Lauderdale studio is located in the heart of downtown Ft. Lauderdale, a few blocks from Las Olas Boulevard.

What are image turnaround times?

Our work is focused on creating exquisite art using the finest methods and quality products. With a passion for the details, we carefully curate and present each and every project we photograph. You will schedule a photo reveal approximately 2 weeks after your session to view and select your images. Turnaround times for fully edited galleries average 2 to 3 weeks during the regular season and 3 to 4 weeks during high season.

Can my partner/child be in the photoshoot?

Absolutely. We actually encourage them to not miss out on this experience. We do ask that if you are bringing your child or children, to please bring in help keep them occupied.  

Do you offer payment plan options?

Yes, we do offer payment plans and are happy to work with you on a breakdown that best fits your needs.

what is included in your wardrobe?

We offer a beautiful selection of gowns, bodysuits, fine Italian silk fabrics for draping, and more. Everything photographed on our website we have in our wardrobe plus-some. 

When will we schedule the newborn session?

We highly recommend that your newborn session take place between 5-14 days of your birth. We will tentatively book your session for one week after your due date. Then, as soon as you give birth all you'll need to do is reach out to finalize the date.

I'm pregnant, how far along should i be during my session?

The majority of our clients have their session between 28-32 weeks, however we suggest 26-34 weeks. Every woman's pregnancy is different and this time frame can vary from client to client.
