What is your pricing?
Signature maternity sessions begin at $2,500, with most clients investing between $3,500–$5,500 on their final artwork and images.
During your consultation, we’ll walk you through the different session options, products, and payment plan options to help you choose the experience that feels best for you.
HOW MANY PHOTOS are in a melissa and lynne gallery?
Every session is unique, but most galleries include approximately 50–100 soft proofed images for you to view and select from during your ordering appointment.
The final number can vary depending on session length, outfit changes, and whether family or partner images are included.
When/how soon SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY SESSION?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, ideally during your second trimester, as availability is limited each month.
Most clients book their session 2–3 months in advance, though we can occasionally accommodate last-minute availability.
How long will my session be?
Session timing depends on the collection you choose.
Our Essential Session includes a 1.5-hour fully guided studio experience.
Our Signature Experience Collection includes professional hair and makeup beginning at 10:30am, with most sessions wrapping between 2:30–3:30pm for a relaxed, luxury experience.
On which days of the week can I have my photoshoot?
We photograph Monday through Friday, with session availability depending on the collection and studio location.
Weekend sessions may be available for an additional fee.
Where is Your Studio located?
Most maternity sessions take place in our beautiful studio located in Ybor City, Tampa, designed specifically for timeless, editorial-style portraiture using both natural and studio lighting.
We also offer select session dates in Atlanta and Fort Lauderdale throughout the year.
Detailed studio information and preparation guidance will be provided after booking.
What are image turnaround times?
Your ordering appointment typically takes place approximately one week after your session.
Final retouched images and artwork are then delivered based on your selected products and collection, with most digital images completed within 2–3 weeks after selections are finalized.
Can my partner/child be in the photoshoot?
Absolutely! We love incorporating partners and children into maternity sessions when desired.
If children will be attending the session, an additional adult is required to supervise them whenever they are not actively being photographed.
Do you offer payment plan options?
Yes. We offer flexible pre-session payment plans for every client to make the experience more comfortable and accessible.

Our curated studio wardrobe includes a beautiful selection of luxury gowns, bodysuits, fabrics, and editorial-inspired pieces designed specifically for maternity portraiture.
We’ll also guide you on what photographs best on camera and complements your vision for the session.
When will we schedule the newborn session?
We recommend scheduling your newborn session during pregnancy to ensure availability.
Newborn sessions typically take place within the first 2–3 weeks after birth. We’ll tentatively reserve your session based on your due date, then finalize the exact date once baby arrives.
I'm pregnant, how far along should i be during my session?
Most maternity sessions take place between 28–34 weeks, when your bump is beautifully visible while you are still feeling relatively comfortable.
However, every pregnancy is different, and we’re happy to help guide you based on your body, comfort level, and vision for the session.
